用户注册协议 (User Registration Agreement)
一、总则 (I. General Provisions)

本协议是用户（以下简称 "您"）与上海格麟威格洛巴迩电子商务有限公司（以下简称 "本公司"）之间就使用本公司提供的跨境电子商务平台服务（以下简称 "本服务"）所订立的协议。
This Agreement is entered into between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and Shanghai GreenWave Global E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") regarding the use of cross-border e-commerce platform services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Services").

您在注册成为本平台用户前，请仔细阅读本协议所有条款。一旦您完成注册流程或使用本服务，即表示您已充分阅读、理解并同意本协议的全部内容。
Please read all terms of this Agreement carefully before registering as a user of this platform. Once you complete the registration process or use the Services, it means that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all contents of this Agreement.

本公司有权根据业务发展需要修改本协议，修改后的协议将在平台公布。如您继续使用本服务，视为您接受修改后的协议。
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement according to business development needs. The modified Agreement will be published on the platform. Your continued use of the Services will be deemed as your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
二、用户注册 (II. User Registration)

您确认，在您完成注册程序或以其他本公司允许的方式实际使用本服务时，您应当是具备完全民事权利能力和民事行为能力的自然人、法人或其他组织。
You confirm that when you complete the registration process or actually use the Services in other ways permitted by the Company, you shall be a natural person, legal person or other organization with full capacity for civil rights and civil conduct.

您在注册时应提供真实、准确、完整的信息，并及时更新注册信息以保证其有效性。如因您提供的信息不真实、不准确或不完整导致任何损失，由您自行承担。
You shall provide true, accurate and complete information during registration, and timely update the registration information to ensure its validity. You shall bear all losses caused by untrue, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

您应妥善保管您的账号和密码，对通过您的账号进行的所有活动承担责任。如发现账号被盗用，应立即通知本公司。
You shall properly keep your account and password, and be responsible for all activities conducted through your account. If you find that your account has been stolen, you shall immediately notify the Company.
三、服务内容与使用规范 (III. Service Content and Usage Specifications)

本公司为您提供跨境电子商务相关服务，包括但不限于商品展示、购买、支付、物流查询等功能。
The Company provides you with cross-border e-commerce related services, including but not limited to functions such as product display, purchase, payment, logistics inquiry, etc.

您在使用本服务时，应遵守国家法律法规及相关规定，不得利用本服务从事任何违法违规活动。
When using the Services, you shall abide by national laws, regulations and relevant provisions, and shall not use the Services to engage in any illegal or irregular activities.

您不得利用本平台发布虚假信息、侵犯他人权益的信息，不得干扰平台正常运行或损害本公司利益。
You shall not use this platform to publish false information or information that infringes upon the rights and interests of others, and shall not interfere with the normal operation of the platform or damage the interests of the Company.
四、知识产权 (IV. Intellectual Property Rights)

本平台所有内容，包括但不限于文字、图片、音频、视频、软件等知识产权均归本公司或相关权利人所有。
All contents of this platform, including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, software and other intellectual property rights, belong to the Company or relevant right holders.

未经本公司或相关权利人书面许可，您不得擅自使用、复制、传播、修改本平台内容。
Without the written permission of the Company or relevant right holders, you shall not arbitrarily use, copy, disseminate or modify the contents of this platform.
五、隐私保护 (V. Privacy Protection)

本公司尊重并保护用户的隐私权，将按照《隐私政策》处理您的个人信息。
The Company respects and protects users' privacy, and will handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

您同意本公司在提供服务过程中收集、使用、存储和披露您的个人信息，以实现服务功能。
You agree that the Company may collect, use, store and disclose your personal information in the process of providing services to realize service functions.
六、免责声明 (VI. Disclaimer)

因不可抗力或非本公司原因导致的服务中断或用户损失，本公司不承担责任。
The Company shall not be liable for service interruption or user losses caused by force majeure or reasons not attributable to the Company.

您通过本平台购买的商品或服务，其质量、售后服务等由相应的商家负责，本公司不承担直接责任。
The quality, after-sales service, etc. of goods or services purchased by you through this platform shall be the responsibility of the corresponding merchants, and the Company shall not bear direct liability.

本公司对因用户违反本协议或法律法规导致的任何损失不承担责任。
The Company shall not be liable for any losses caused by users' violation of this Agreement or laws and regulations.
七、协议终止 (VII. Termination of Agreement)

您可随时向本公司申请注销账号，经审核通过后，本协议终止。
You may apply to the Company for account cancellation at any time. This Agreement shall terminate after approval.

如您严重违反本协议或法律法规，本公司有权暂停或终止向您提供服务，并注销您的账号。
If you seriously violate this Agreement or laws and regulations, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to you and cancel your account.
八、法律适用与争议解决 (VIII. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution)

本协议的订立、效力、解释、履行及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律。
The formation, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均有权向本公司所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over the place where the Company is located.
九、其他 (IX. Others)

本协议构成双方就本协议事项达成的完整协议，取代先前的所有口头或书面协议。
This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties on the matters of this Agreement, and supersedes all previous oral or written agreements.

如本协议任何条款被认定为无效或不可执行，不影响其他条款的效力。
If any term of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other terms.

本公司对本协议拥有最终解释权。
The Company reserves the final right to interpret this Agreement.
